Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered on the same day (with the exception of orders going outside Greater Accra). Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following working day. 

Deliveries within Accra

Deliveries within Accra & Tema are done with the assistance of an independent delivery company through motorbike or with the assistance of a delivery app such as uber.

Orders are delivered at a flat rate of 20 GHC within Accra, however a higher rate might be charged when the location is out of the proximity of Greater Accra or when an alternative mode of delivery than a motorbike is used.

Deliveries outside Greater Accra

Deliveries outside Greater Accra are done with the assistance of the VIP bus or STC at a flat rate of 30 GHS; this includes the charges of the order being taken to the parcel station and the parcel fee. A higher rate may apply for larger orders.
